The company had decided to get out of the rubber hoses business for the Oil & Marine sector, which was considered no longer strategic. We were asked to identify an industrial or financial player interested in developing its activity by taking over the business and re-employing people.

An Italian private equity fund, specialized in turnaround and relaunch operations, acquired the Oil&Marine Division through a NewCo with the intention of relaunching the business and reabsorbed all employees. The results were achieved within 12 months of the start of the process.
