Hogan Certified Assessor, Marco worked in ManpowerGroup gaining experience in the selection process of managerial profiles and in the development of assessment solutions, coaching, leadership development, outplacement. Head of the HR Solutions division in Vertus, he coordinates the team’s business development and delivery activities, dealing with the ongoing design and innovation of programmes. He specializes in potential assessments for succession planning and in the coordination of hiring and volume assessment projects.
After working in leading Italian (Alivar) and multinational companies (Nielsen, Dow Chemical, Stafford Miller), carrying out marketing activities, until reaching managerial roles of brand and product coordination both in Italy and internationally, Paolo enters the Human Resources sector as a partner and Managing Director of Corium.
After another significant experience in Right Management, he joins the HR Solutions division in Vertus as a Senior Partner, with a particular focus on the activities of career counselling, outplacement, and management development.
With more than twenty years' experience in the Human Resources area, Ivan worked in the Job Agency Worknet (Fiat Group and then GiGroup) holding positions in sales and management. He has been with GEDI since 2005, where he deals with head hunting/search and selection of qualified personnel and with the development of services such as temporary management, talent management and professional training. He collaborates with the Piedmont Region as an expert in personnel selection and assessment in public competitions for management profiles.
After her studies, Marion immediately started a corporate career path alongside her legal practice. In 2016 she obtained a second level master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Development and Administration. At the same time, she joined GEDI team where she now holds the position of HR Consultant Head hunter for Middle and Senior Management profiles with a particular focus on Engineering & Manufacturing, Legal & Finance.
Silvia has more than 10 years’ experience in Human Resources. Initially employed by the SKF Group, she carried out activities relating to Personnel Selection, Administration, Development, Training and Staff Organization. At GEDI, as a Human Resources assistant, she oversees staff selection and management (CV screening and candidate search for active professional opportunities, drafting contracts with customers and collaborators, invoicing, attendance, expense reports, documentation for admissions at customers’ premises).
Giulia began her career in the HR departments of leading companies in the Tech sector, dealing with search, selection, and training; at EOLO she contributed to the creation of the HR Department, overseeing all people strategy processes. Certified TTI SUCCESS INSIGHTS® and HOGAN, she has managed numerous potential assessment projects for the construction of career paths and training activities. In the HR Solutions division of Vertus, she advises customers and candidates, with a particular focus on talent & development.
Ilaria has gained some years of experience within the Human Resources Management of major companies, including Banca Sella and A. Manzoni & C. In the HR Solutions Division at Vertus, she manages group assessments, search and selection activities for qualified personnel and supports candidates in outplacement and career development paths. Hogan certified assessor, she manages collective projects as PM in synergy with the various divisions and collaborates on employer branding and marketing activities.
After opening the Turin branch of the Job Agency Etjca, mainly dealing with search and selection, Riccardo continued his professional experience at Worknet SpA, as branch manager and then area manager, and at Assioma Srl. At Gedi, he deals with business development, analysis of consultancy needs, negotiations of salaries with temporary managers, trainers, and other collaborators; he also deals with managing consultants abroad, staff training and recruitment; designing training courses, together with trainers.
After an initial experience in sales management at Avon Cosmetics, Sergio enters the Human Resources sector as operations manager in Cronos (GI Group), then in Fairplace Consulting as Sales Manager, General Manager and CEO.
Later, Principal Consultant in Corium and Right Management, temporary manager in companies going through a phase of generational change and turnaround. He joins the HR Solutions division in Vertus as Partner, with a particular focus on the activities of career counselling and management development. Since May 2021, he is the CEO of the subsidiary GEDI.
