After an initial experience in sales management at Avon Cosmetics, Sergio enters the Human Resources sector as operations manager in Cronos (GI Group), then in Fairplace Consulting as Sales Manager, General Manager and CEO.
Later, Principal Consultant in Corium and Right Management, temporary manager in companies going through a phase of generational change and turnaround. He joins the HR Solutions division in Vertus as Partner, with a particular focus on the activities of career counselling and management development. Since May 2021, he is the CEO of the subsidiary GEDI.
Michele began his career in financial consultancy and, following his engineering studies, continued as a consultant on SAP projects in Ernst & Young and Capgemini. After significant managerial experiences in important engineering consulting companies (ALTRAN, AKKA, ALTEN) in Railway, Aerospace, Automotive sectors, in 2022 he has joined GEDI as Business Development Manager for Industrial Transformation.
