After an initial experience in sales management at Avon Cosmetics, Sergio enters the Human Resources sector as operations manager in Cronos (GI Group), then in Fairplace Consulting as Sales Manager, General Manager and CEO.
Later, Principal Consultant in Corium and Right Management, temporary manager in companies going through a phase of generational change and turnaround. He joins the HR Solutions division in Vertus as Partner, with a particular focus on the activities of career counselling and management development. Since May 2021, he is the CEO of the subsidiary GEDI.

After significant managerial experiences in important engineering consulting companies (ALTRAN, AKKA, ALTEN) in Railway, Aerospace, Automotive sectors, in 2022 he has joined GEDI as Business Development Manager for Industrial Transformation.

Thanks to work experience in both small to medium-sized companies and large multinationals, Daniele has acquired knowledge of the main products and processes in the automotive, electronic, and electromechanical fields. Through specific courses he has implemented skills in Lean Manufacturing and Quality Assurance. Since 2021 he has been collaborating with GEDI in production process optimization and continuous improvement projects.

Engineer with solid managerial experience gained in companies such as Ferrari, Maserati, Bmw, Audi, Mercedes, Azimut Yachts, Lavazza. Starting from Product-Process Quality, then Plant Quality and then Group Management, Davide has acquired a systemic vision of the organization, a process-based approach, and a strong methodological know-how. Since 2021 he has been working with GEDI on projects in Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, with a Change Management approach.

Dorino has a 30-year background during which he has consolidated in-depth knowledge in the fields of: Time-Methods & Work Analysis, Product Engineering & Development, Process Industrialization & Layout. He has been working with GEDI for 10 years, implementing industrial process analysis activities by identifying simple and effective solutions and respecting feasibility parameters with the best "cost-benefit" ratio.

A mechanical engineer with 20 years’ experience in the automotive sector, first in Pininfarina, then as Country and Sales Manager in a Spanish multinational in the engineering and testing area. Since 2017 Marco has been working with GEDI in reindustrialization projects, bringing his know-how in feasibility analysis and product development, supporting companies in the Engineering, Validation, Homologation and Certification phases.

An engineer with 40 years’ experience in Operations and Engineering, Antonello was CEO and Operations Director in large multinational and family-owned companies such as Comau, Bottero, Ilva, Mecfond. He has acquired high skills in the management of all corporate functions, with a particular focus on production processes both to order and for mass production and assembly lines. Since 2021 he has been working with GEDI on turnaround projects at economic and production level.

Graduated in Aeronautical Engineering, he gained multiple experiences in the R&D and project and customer management areas of major automotive component companies, dealing with many of the leading international car manufacturers. He has been collaborating with GEDI since 2011 to ensure customers adequate technical and management support in the development of thermal systems for conventional, hybrid and electric vehicles (air conditioning systems, engine cooling, thermal management of batteries and e-traction).

With almost 40 years’ experience in quality, Paolo was Launch Manager and Quality Manager in Magneti Marelli (both in Italian and Brazilian plants), in OMG Officine Meccaniche and in Fontana Group. During his professional career, he acquired high skills in managing the entire Quality area, with in-depth knowledge of technologies, production processes and machine tools. He has been working with GEDI since 2020 on quality improvement and waste reduction projects.

With 40 years’ experience in the automotive industry, Giuseppe was industrial and technical manager within the Aftermarket BU of the CLN-Arcelomittal Group. After acquiring a solid background of technical skills (tooling, sheet metal stamping, timing and materials, engineering), he gained experience in managerial roles managing the growth and integration of various production sites in Italy and abroad. He has been collaborating with GEDI in industrialization projects since 2018.

For the past 12 years he has worked with GEDI on projects aimed at driving the growth of manufacturing companies in the quality area, making important improvements in the product/process area, and solving problems with customers.
