As a result of a reorganization of the production structure on a global scale, the group had planned to close the plant producing industrial valves, including large valves. We were asked to identify an industrial player with compatible business, interested in developing its activity by taking over the asset and re-employing the people.

- Feasibility analysis and reindustrialization project; - National and international search for potential taking over companies; - Support to due diligence activities; - Support to negotiations with various counterparts involved; - Participation in Trade Union meetings.

Following an intensive research, also at international level, we identified an Italian company belonging to the same sector, which saw in the project an opportunity to develop its own expansion plans, taking over the assets and hiring some of the impacted workers. The results were obtained within 18 months of the start-up of the activity.
