Italian headquarters of a German multinational chemical company, manufacturer of adhesives, sealants and products for home & personal care. In Italy, the group employs more than 1,000 people in 6 locations, including 4 production sites.
Why we intervened

The company asked us for support in assessing and placing about 30 resources in key roles to ensure their alignment with hard and soft competency models.

How we intervened

- Assessment with ad hoc tests, also involving the Line Manager, to whom the new resource will report;
- Reporting to HR and Line Management, with definition for each candidate of the development plan needed to maximize their performance;
- Feedback to the successful candidate to strengthen the "agreement” with the new company; to all candidates excluded, to reinforce the "brand reputationˮ of the organization.

The outcome

- The solution greatly increased the probability of hiring the right person, providing a predictive assessment of the investment and decreasing potential critical onboarding issues.
- It maximized the effectiveness of attraction and brand reputation.
