An Italian company belonging to an American multinational that, with a turnover of more than 24 billion euro and approximately 175,000 employees, is present in 37 countries worldwide and has been operating in the automotive sector for 100 years. The plant is located in the North of Italy, occupies an area of about 16,500 sqm and had around 380 redundancies.
Why we intervened
As a result of a reorganization of the production structure on a global scale, the group had planned to close the plant producing car seats. We were asked to identify an industrial player with compatible business, interested in developing its activity by taking over the asset and re-employing the people.
How we intervened
- Feasibility analysis and reindustrialization project; - Drafting of supporting documents; - Search for potential taking over companies; - Participation in Trade Union meetings.
