The company: The company is the Italian branch of a French multinational, world-leader in the field of electric equipment and electrical services. In Italy, the company had a workforce of over 2000 employees in multiple production units.

Due to the outsourcing and the resulting re-shaping of the productive set up on a European scale, it was necessary to cease the activities in the Central Italy plant and to find an industrial continuity solution for the productive complex and its 180 employees involved.

intervened

-Feasibility analysis and reindustrialization project;

-National and international research of potential incoming entrepreneurs;

-Assistance in the design of the operation and in the definition of the related structure;

-Assistance in the due diligence activities;

-Assistance in the negotiations with the various counterparts involved.

We faced various complexities such as: the difficult location of the productive site, the opposition of the workforce and the ministerial negotiation that proved to be very demanding.

The outcome

A small metal parts producer presented the most interesting succeeding project and reabsorbed a substantial part of the personnel.
