Need to assess the preparedness of the second generation to fill Top Management roles within the organization.

– Identification and definition of the skills model through structured interviews with the
Company Management;

– Individual assessment for the participants involved through the use of ad hoc tools and tests. Subsequent feedback to the Company Management;

– Subsequent individual and group coaching and mentoring activities aimed at the development of the key skills in the new generation figures with the identification of managerial outlet positions for each resource.

The outcome

– Such an approach allows us to understand whether the incoming generation has the skills, hard and soft, to continue the growth process of the company;

– Focusing on the specific skills model, assessing the degree of alignment of the heirs to the model itself and setting-up a development project that allows them to strengthen areas of
lower expertise, combined with a hiring strategy for the insertion of the missing
professionals, once defined the organizational model more in line with the strategic
objectives, represents the best integrated approach for the optimal management of these
generational transitions.
