– Assessment with ad hoc tests, also involving the Line Manager, to whom the new resource
will refer;

– Delivery to the HR management and to the Line, with definition for each candidate, of the
development plan necessary to maximize his / her performance.

– Feedback to the chosen candidate to strengthen the “agreement” with the new company; with all excluded candidates, to strengthen the “brand reputation” of the organization.

– This solution has significantly increased the likelihood of hiring the right person, providing a
predictive assessment of the investment and decreasing the potential criticalities of on
boarding.
